The purpose of this site is to provide students and parents with online resources for the eighth grade social studies course. Currently, the only operating link is the one to the classroom blog. As the year gets underway there will be more links posted to homework, relevent course links, syllabus, and student created podcasts. Please feel free to email me any thoughts or questions regarding school work/issues.

As an educator, I seek to bring a passion for knowledge into the classroom. I am fortunate to have had classroom experience in a fifth grade classroom, working in both social studies and language arts. After that my work took me throughout the Wachusett Regional School District working with various faculty on educational technology professional development. Over the last year I have been working with pre-service teachers at Lesley University as an Adjunct Faculty member. I have also run a tutoring program for middle school and high school students for the past 7 years. As an educator and a parent, I see the critical need for quality and engaging education for all students.
